The Southwest Florida Roofing Contractors Association (SWFRCA) is a professional trade association comprised of licensed roofing contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and related associate members dedicated to representing the interests of the roofing industry in Lee and Collier and Charlotte counties, since 1979. SWFRCA is an affiliate organization of the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA). SWFRCA's mission is to provide the community with an organization that will foster and encourage a higher standard of business ethics, conduct and quality workmanship, with a focus on competent licensed firms.

Contractor members must be a licensed roofing contractor in Lee, Charlotte or Collier County for a minimum of one year, having maintained and operated an established roofing business for that same period. Associate membership is also available to individuals, firms or corporations engaged in the manufacturing, sales or distribution of roofing industry supplies and/or business services. All members must abide by the SWFRCA ethical code and association by-laws. SWFRCA works continuously to develop and maintain a functional relationship with local regulatory and governmental agencies. On a local level, we share the same officials, state regulation, code compliance and economic downturns. This inspires great fellowship among our members, whom exchange ideas, discuss mutual problems and assist each other in overcoming similar obstacles. Meetings for members are held once per month, with programs and topics geared toward the betterment of the roofing industry.

SWFRCA is governed by a Board of Directors, who work hard representing the interests of its members. The officers and directors of the board are composed of SWFRCA members only. They meet once a month to discuss and oversee the many projects, social activities, and fundraisers planned each year. These events also provide professional networking for our members as well as visibility in the community.
